Curologylifes ships to customers within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Handling Time
Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The same-day cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days. These delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather conditions, carrier volume, and address issues can cause delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can investigate.
Shipping Cost and Carriers
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States. We use the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier selected for your order may vary based on destination and service availability. We do not charge handling fees.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@curologylifes.com.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue with the carrier and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged item or packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment to a corrected address is provided at no additional cost for the first attempt.
