Accepted Payment Methods
Curologylifes accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
Currency
All prices and transactions are shown in United States dollars.
When Payment Is Charged
Payment is charged when you place your order. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails, your order may not be processed. We will attempt to contact you using the email address provided at checkout. If we cannot reach you within 3 business days, the order will be canceled and no charges will be applied.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive a return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
No Subscriptions or Recurring Billing
Curologylifes does not currently offer subscription or recurring billing plans. We will not charge recurring payments unless a subscription is clearly disclosed at checkout before you enroll.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at info@curologylifes.com so we can resolve it quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
